Isa Ghanayem was born in 1996 in Downers Grove, Illinois, raised by the forest preserves of the midwest. Isa spent her childhood and young adulthood in the dance studio deepening her relationship to the body and to visual storytelling, which she now integrates into her making. Isa has exhibited in Illinois, Wisconsin, California, Rhode Island, New Mexico, & Texas within the US as well as in Athens, Greece. Isa currently resides in Tokyo, Japan, and is currently printing at Doumu Print Art Studio in Shinjuku.
